5-6 large carrots
(peel & split in half–lengthwise)
1 tbsp fresh thyme & 1 tbsp rosemary
3 1/2 tsbp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 large clove garlic
1 tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange carrots on baking dish/sheet pan. Coat carrots w/ olive oil, then season / salt & pepper. Drizzle carrots with honey, Sprinkle fresh thyme and rosemary leaves on carrots.
Roast carrots in preheated over for about 35 min. until tender. Allow to cool, and Enjoy!
